Antares Auto-Tune not showing up in Sonar 7?

Hey, I have Sonar 7 Producer, because I'm to cheap to upgrade to 8.5, and i just got Antares Auto-tune. I've installed it and I can see that the .dll file is in my VstPlugins folder in the Cakewalk directory. But, when I go to add an effect to a vocal track I see all my other plug ins and not Auto-Tune. Any suggestions?
