Why can't i get to the dojo hideout in clubpenguin?

I challage and this is what it say "Congratulation, ninja! You are a wise Card-Jitsu master and you now have success to the Ninja Hidout!" and it won't let me go in when i go to the door ............. PLEASE HELP ME
