How do you get a girl who plays hard to get but you know she likes you?

well i really like her but i live n L.A n she lives n Phx. but i see her like once every 2 months for the whole weekend..(i think it would work) but the only problem n the reason i think she is scared of likeing me is becsuse the distance.. what should i do??.. oh n her parents mostly her mom likes me a lot alot.. haha
