How often should I give my dog a raw bone?

I've read that raw bones are tons better than rawhide and they satisfy a dogs natural urge to chew, as well as clean their teeth, but I don't know how often I should give her one. She is a 3 year old, 100 or so lb Bullmastiff, and it typically takes her about 30 minutes to consume a large raw bone.
