Pent up emotions?
Sometimes anxiety or stress can be the result of something that happened a while ago, even years ago. Or it can simply be a 'last straw' event, that doesnt have to be significant, that has tipped you over the edge. Stress nowadays is very common, we are all so busy and have so many expectations. Lay in a quiet room and let your mind wander, is there anything that your mind keeps coming back to? Try some herbal remedies to help you relax, lavender oil is good and Kalms herbal pills always help me. Confide in a close friend and have agood moan, sometimes talking to someone makes you realise you are worried about something and you didnt realise it. If things dont get any better its worth going along to see your doctor before it gets worse, there are things he/she can do to help. Exercise is a good stress relief too. Do you tend to go along in life letting things go and not facing up to problems? I tend to do this and it comes back to hit me with a bang. I put things to the back of my mind and act like i am ok but it doesnt work in the long run. I hope some of this has helped x
