SPRINT CELLPHONE SUBSCRIBERS: What do you think ?

I got annoyed with the waiting time, too, so I emailed them instead. They answered me the same day and were VERY helpful. If I had a problem with my phone I'd probably want to talk to someone at the store anyways.
