Will I have a Chance in Getting into UCLA as an undergrad?

I am a junior in high school and have a GPA of 3.977 and I am of arab/middle eastern ethnicity. In freshmen year, i took AP human geography, honors chem, honors english, honors Algebra 2, and Spanish 2 with a GPA of 3.75. Sopre year i took Physics AP, Pre-calculus H, Biology AP, European history AP, English H, and Spanish 3 with a GPA of a 3.8 on a 4.0 scale. Now in junior year im taking English 11IB, Biology IB, Chemistry IB, Psychology IB HL, TOK IB, AP United States History, and Government AP with A's in all of them. Also for my extracurricular activites, I am currently performing community service everyday at my local hospital 6 days a week 4-5 hours each because I really want to study medicine and become a doctor someday. I do play tennis in USTA and such, and play Varsity for school tennis team, but I dont think that would matter. I have been studying and taking loads of practice tests for the SAT and have taken 2 PSATs, one freshmen year i got 140~1400 (super duper low) and one last year I got 195~1950. So please respond and give me very detailed answers on what I have a chance to UCLA, Stanford, UCI, and USC. Thanks
