We like the clean smell of cotton & linen. The glade air infusions clean linen is wonderful, but it is only a spray. I purchased several diff candles to compare and while they all smell great, they are not as strong as I would like them to be. I have ordered 2 of the "clean cotton" large jar candles from Yankee Candle & I am just waiting for them to get here. So I was raised a Jehovah Witness. My parents got baptized in 1984. I studied for many years as a child and as a teen. When I turned about 12, my parents stopped attending meetings and were once again celebrating birthdays, Christmas, etc. About 5 yrs ago, they started going back and have been attending ever since. I started going with them about 3 years ago, and began studying and actually got baptized. Well I have been struggling with doubts since I started studying because I had read tons of apostate information and had really affected me. I do believe that God exists, and I do believe his name is Jehovah and that his son is Jesus who is now with his father, and I don't believe in the Trinity and I do believe that God only approves of one way of worship, and everything else that I have learned, but my faith is so weak now and I haven't been to meetings for about 5 months and I just don't feel the drive and zeal that I once had. For the sub box gurus?

Ok so I've been doing research on sub boxes and I have decided that I want to make my sealed box into a ported box. I had initially planned to make it ported but got lazy. Anyways I need help determining the port size and placement. The dimensions of the box are W= 30 H = 14 L = 15 and using 3/4 MDF so all internal dimensions are .75 less from all sides. The 12" sub sits as far left as the box permits and sits in there good. Ok so far so good but then I get to the port and I don't quite understand what this tuning frequency thing is or how it works. I am making the port a rectangle also if that helps anything. So if anyone would be so kind as to help me out with this problem. Oh and I also prefer the deep sound of b over sound quality that's why I'm going ported.Thanks in advance for the help.

Am I the only one who thinks Food Network judges are to hard on contestants?

Ok, before I get into this I would like to say that my knowledge of fine dining is that of a novice at best. All I know is what I see on the food network so please do not slam me as if I am an expert on the subject. Ok, now to get to the point. I just feel like the judges of Chopped and Iron Chef America are unreasonably hard on contestants sometimes. The two comments that drive me up a wall the most is "I would have like to see some more -insert whatever ingredient here-" and "I do not like the texture". I feel like these comments are irrelevant to the competition. It does not matter what a judge would like to see on a plate (unless they are referring to the absence of a mandatory ingredient). The judge should only concern them self with the actual taste, look, and presentation of the plate. If all of these were good then there should be no problem. Now on to the subject of texture. The Iron Chef grading rubric is based on taste, originality, and plating. By no means should the judge be concerned with texture. Allow me to draw this parallel (I will admit right now that this is a very unlikely possibility). If I cooked the secret ingredient and vaporized it so that one would have to orally inhale it to taste it, that should not be an issue for the judges. Once again, that judges should only concern themselves with taste, plating, and presentation. I'm sure that there will be a lot of people who disagree with me but I kind of take this to heart because I have seen many past contestants loose due to these trivial and unimportant issues. for a punk style sound i would pick the les paul, yes it is a heavier guitar but its the weight that gives it the tone you are looking for. i dont think the sg would suit that sort of genre as well as the lp. i dont know about budget for your amp but for that style of music the best brands you should be looking at are marshell, randall or crank but the line 6 spyder,although common nowdays, is a great standard state moddeling amp i.e you can set it to a variety of different styles or amps. the higher end models have what is pretty much a pod in them but it depends on your budget. there are more options to look for but they are the main ones that come into my head for that genre. amps such as vox' and epiphone are more geared towards the blues/funk end of the market so i would have to think about saying no to them lol

My freshman year GPA was 4.375, sopre year GPA 4.375, Junior year 4.5, and senior year (potentially) 4.8. I took the maximum of 8 cles each semester. I have only received 2 b's (1 in an honors course and 1 in an AP). I have taken 5 math and 5 science course and received high marks in them. I've taken relative electives (CAD - computer aided drafting - for instance) I have not been involved in sports or leadership through school , however I have been highly involved in community service (Key Club, issteens, food drives, tutoring at a center weekly) as well as church activities (missions work and such). I have high test scores. I am extremely nervous about getting into college. I would love to get into MIT, but I don't think that will happen. Some creepy dream that popped into my mind randomly?

New Years in Times Square Advice Needed?

My husband and I are going to New York for New Years ( yes, I know we are crazy and I know its insanely crowded and over priced, but we want to do it once) any how I would really appreciate any advice from natives or experienced Times Square New Year Eve party goers. In WI law/courts, is my landlord mitigating to re-rent by only listing it for sale?

My wife and I have made a terrible err getting into a long-term lease. We are just over the last month of the first year in a two-year lease. Earlier this summer, our landlord offered to sell us the house which had been completely renovated(on the cheap, but it looks alright). We politely declined, even if there wouldn't be closing costs, as we could barely keep up as it were. A couple of months p, and some unforseen health issues arose, and we just could not afford to live here any longer. We sent our landlord a 30 day notice letting her know of our intent to vacate one year into the lease- and thought that she would have no problem with terminating the second year, as those types are fairly uncommon. She did not however. Instead, she sent us a notice to vacate the house because our rent was a day late and informed us that the house would be put on the market for sale(through an t broker of a nat'l chain). She also made a point to include the fact that our lease does not expire until the end of Sept, 2010 and that monthly payment arrangements can be made. It has been a virtual nightmare in the days since. She had one of her cronies that did some of the renovations come and do yardwork claiming we were too incompetent to do it ourselves(the lawn was just cut three days previous). She's constantly calling us and telling us that the house "has to be in show quality" and that "we need to get our furniture out of the living room and have the basement empty". She has also told us to put everything in the garage- short of my wife and 3 children having beds to sleep on. There has been only one showing, but the broker has been here 3 times in 5 days, and whatever he says is directly relayed to us via a landlord phone call, which are rather curt. She's even threatened to come over and clean herself. Our abode is NOT dirty by any stretch of the imagination. I'm just wondering if she's being retalitory and also non-mitigating the damages of a years worth rent unto us by ONLY selling the house and not listing it to rent or showing it as such? I also believe the selling price is $30-40K overpriced. Yes, we should get legal counsel, but perhaps one of you know first!

Have i really made a mess of my tooth extraction?

I had two molars out three nights ago. I was told not to smoke but I had to. I had 2 roll ups during the first 24 hours but rinsed my mouth out afterwards. I also had scrambled egg on toast the following morning and i have since read that I shouldnt have been eating solids. The pain was abysmal last night and it took forever to finally get some relief from it. Today I have been taking pain killers but havent noticed it being as bad (or maybe Im just gettting used to it). I cancel my Novasure Followup?

I had the novasure operation Janurary 29th for heavy bleeding. It worked. I feel great! I hadn't have a period for 2 months. My question is... I have a followup to see how I am doing this coming Monday in the afternoon. I was laid-off from work for awhile and I go back this Monday. Plus me and my husband just purchase a home and their is work that needs to be done. I don't have time to go to the doctors. First month on Clomid, 10 DPO - Any suggestions?

My husband and I have been TTC for almost 2 years now, this is our first month on clomid and I believe I ovulated a few days earlier that predicted, but according to my cycle and if I ovulated when it was predicted I should be 10 dpo. I have a few symptoms, not being able to sleep, breaking out on my chin, hot flashes started yesterday, LOTS of CM, sore , my have turned bright pink, my cervix is very high, spongy and closed very tightly, tighter that I can ever remember feeling, I am bloated and my abdomen is very hard to the touch and at the beginning of the week I was having some pulling/pinching pains in my sides and abdomen. 1989 Ford Taurus Transmission (this question was revised)?

My car is a 1989 Ford Taurus GL with a 3.0L Vulcan V6, not the SHO. It has 92'020 miles on the odometer. It has an Automatic Transmission. When I got home from town today I heard some noises from under the hood, the transmission in particular. When the cars warmed up, it clunks into reverse. And it was also warmed up and I put it into drive and reverse from park, and then from eachother, I heard a very faint,"shhhhhh" kind of a noise, followed by a tick, also kind of quiet. The transmission was rebuilt on September 27th 2002 and it had 76'402 miles on the odometer. And its acting like the transmission has almost a hundred thousand miles on it when it really has less than 20'000 miles on it. I checked the fluid about a month and a half ago, it was a redish color, like an amber, which its supposed to be, but I cant remember how full it was. Im going to go check it. Well I checked it and its amber colored, and it was pretty full, all though the car had been sitting for about 25 minutes and it was all the way warmed up. My mom drove it up until last January, when I got my permit, but I babied the car. When I got my license in October of '09. Im not hard on it, but I have had to floored it a few times, and then the occasional fast take off. But, I'm not reckless. And I wouldnt think that a few hard take offs would make a transmission of less than 20'000 miles clunk and act way ahead of its age. My dad and I are going to take it to a local transmission shop on thursday and get the fluid changed and the transmission checked. Other than the fluid, what else could be causeing all these problems?

I have two potted rose bushes that are nearly two years old. I brought them in for the winter when the weather turned cold and they promptly started growing again, as they did last winter. So Im 24 weeks pregnant and one day. Last night I began to get really hot and horribly sweaty. Then I got bad contractions which actually felt like really bad menstrual cramps only 1000 X worse! A month after that he received another MIP in Baton Rouge.. The one in New Orleans he has to pay like a $200 fee and a fee to get it expunged. The Baton Rouge MIP he has to go to court. I will answer the vegetable question. Little to none , by that I mean once or twice a month and no more, the main reason is that vegetables are higher in sugars and protein then what a russian diet should be. Vegetables to feed are usually in the squash family, they are lower in sugar and higher in fiber, no carrots as they are really high in sugars. You should avoid vegetables if at all possible. mine get some home grown squash once a month no more no less. here is my diet for mine leaves and flowers, ( hibiscus,g,squash,radish,mulberry,da… this list is for the leaves and flowers of the plant, not any fruit they produce. figs leaves are also a good choice.
